2019
At the beginning of 2019 the first machine was shipped to Argentina. By the end of 2019 more than 250 plants have been equipped with our dosing units, 5 of them already on the South American continent and 4 in France.
2018
In order to be able to better serve customers in the contract manufacturing sector, our machine park was expanded by a CNC lathe in 2018.
2017
Our second water jet cutting system was commissioned in 2017, which was also equipped with a drill head due to the great demand. This allows for better processing of fabric materials such as GFK, carbon or hard fabrics. By the middle of the year, we had already delivered and commissioned 175 systems for the renewable energy market. By the end of the year, 4 plants had already g
2016
In 2016 we invested again in a new CNC milling machine to achieve faster and easier mechanical processing.
2015
In 2015 the transformation of the individual company into Maschinen Schmidberger GbR took place.
2014
By investing in a water jet cutting line with 6x3m cutting area in 2014, we are able to cut material thicknesses of up to 200mm.
2013
A further expansion of the production by 690 m² took place in 2013. This hall is currently mainly used for water jet cutting and mechanical machining.
2012
In 2012 we invested in a CNC folding press with 300t press force and 4.1m bending length, with which we can bend stainless steel sheets with 8mm thickness and 3500mm length, as well as in a welding table with 5x2m for our large welded constructions of the solid dosers.
2010
In 2010 we expanded our production with a new production hall of 600m² and offices on the outskirts of Neukirchen.
2009
After a spatial expansion in 2009, we already produced 7 standard plants, which were assembled within a radius of approx. 50 km and then put into operation.
2007
Since the middle of 2007 and connected with the entry of Mr. Andreas Schmidberger into the company, our specialization is in metal processing.
